General Conditions of Sale — Life Stuff

Article 1: Scope of application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made through the Life Stuff website.

Life Stuff is a brand operated by Sweet Digital. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Life Stuff and Sweet Digital. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refers to any person or business purchasing products through our website.

Our products may be supplied in digital, physical or combined formats.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these General Conditions of Sale.

Article 1a: Age limit

Our products are intended for customers aged 16 years and over.

By purchasing from Life Stuff, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to make the purchase.

If we become aware that a customer does not meet this requirement, we may cancel the order and issue a refund where appropriate.

Article 2: Orders

When you place an order through the Life Stuff website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, delivery address where applicable, email address and payment details.

For digital products, please ensure your email address is correct, as this is where order confirmations and download or access information may be sent.

For physical products, please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, product information, payment processing, availability, or suspected misuse of the website.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid.

Article 3: Prices

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).

Prices may be changed at any time. However, the price charged for your order will be the price shown at the time you complete your purchase.

Where applicable, shipping costs for physical products will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or another payment provider made available at checkout.

We do not store your full payment card details. Payment security is managed by the relevant payment provider.

Article 5: Delivery

Digital products

Digital products are delivered by download link, email or access page after purchase. Please save your files after downloading them.

If you have paid for a digital product and cannot access or download it, please contact us and we will help you access your purchase.

Physical products

Physical products are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfilment arrangements and shipping carrier. Any estimated delivery times provided by us are estimates only.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Article 6: Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

We do not offer refunds or returns simply because you have changed your mind about a purchase, unless we have expressly stated otherwise for a particular product or promotion.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our physical products are covered by Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees. This means, among other things, that products must be of acceptable quality, match their description and be fit for any purpose we have represented them as being suitable for.

If a physical product is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Digital products are also subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

For more information about your consumer rights, see the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

Article 7: Personal information and email communication

When you place an order, subscribe to our email list, or download a free resource, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, delivery address and order information.

We use this information to process orders, deliver products, arrange shipping, provide customer support and manage our business.

We may also use your information to send marketing communications where you have consented to receive them or where otherwise permitted by law.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

When you purchase a Life Stuff product, you receive a licence to use that product for your personal use.
